ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS - AWCI Insurance Services

General Requirements

Contractor must be a member of AWCI.
Contractor must not subcontract more than twenty percent of their work
Contractor must have a payroll of at least $50,000.
Contractor must have less than a fifty percent loss ratio for two out of the last three years.
Contractor must have at least two years of management experience.
Contractor must have less than four losses in the prior three years.
Contractor must have a formal safety program in place.

Contractor must have completed the EIFS educational program provided by AWCI and be recognized as an EIFSmart contractor.
Supplier/Distributor must have one person who has completed the EIFS educational program provided by AWCI and have a Certified EIFS Inspector (CEI) or a Certified EIFS Professional (CEP) education certificate.

Drywall Framing and Installation
Electrical Work Within Buildings
Fireproofing
Carpentry-Interior/Not Otherwise Classified
Floor Covering Installation Excluding Tile or Stone
Insulation Work with Organic/Plastic Solid State, Mineral
Masonry Work
Painting-Interior
Paperhanging
Tile, Stone, Marble, Mosaic or Terrazzo Work-Interior Construction
Other exposures may be written on an incidental basis subject to the Company's approval. Incidental is defined as up to 10 percent of the overall exposure base.
